Shipping Policy

We hand-pack every order with care and ship from the United States. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. International shipping is on our roadmap — stay tuned.
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.00 on all orders within the United States. No matter how many candles you order, shipping stays the same.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business daysafter payment is confirmed. Because we hand-pour our candles in small batches, occasionally a popular scent may need a few extra days to ship — we'll always let you know if there's a delay.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier's schedule. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
During peak seasons (holidays, sales) and weather-related disruptions, delivery may take longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
If you don't receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at kenningslsc@gmail.com.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking indicates a package was delivered but you can't find it:
- Check around your delivery location and with neighbors
- Wait 24-48 hours — packages sometimes show as delivered before they actually arrive
- Contact your local post office or carrier with the tracking number
- If the package still cannot be located, email us at kenningslsc@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue
Damaged Packages
We pack every order securely, but candles can occasionally be damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at kenningslsc@gmail.com
- We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund
Holiday & Sale Shipping
During holiday seasons and major sale events, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume. We'll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
