Returns & Refunds

We want every Kennings purchase to feel legendary. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unburned — Candles must be in their original sealed packaging with the wick uncut and unburned
- In original condition — Free from damage, stains, or scent contamination
- In original packaging — Including any tins, jars, or boxes
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Candles that have been burned or unwrapped
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards (when available)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
How to Start a Return
- Email us at kenningslsc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
- We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address
- Pack the item(s) securely and ship them back to us
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirming approval or denial of the refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kenningslsc@gmail.com. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We'll work with you to make it right — either by sending a replacement at no charge or issuing a full refund (including original shipping).
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check around your delivery location and with neighbors
- Contact your local post office or carrier with the tracking number
- Wait 24-48 hours, as packages occasionally show as delivered before they actually arrive
- If still missing, contact us so we can help investigate
Cancellations
We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to cancel before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you may return it under our standard return policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different scent or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
