Our Story
Born from a Love of Legends
Kennings Legendary Self Care was started from a simple idea. Mythology, whether ancient stories, or modern tellings, deserves to be experienced. Smell is one of the body's most powerful senses, and we often rely on it for our own experiences. Think of how many times a whiff of something has brought back memories of youth. The truth is, each scent tells its own story.
Scent provides grounding for your imagination. Smell a rose and suddenly you are strolling through a meadow of flowers. Smell a campfire and suddenly you are sitting around a fire, sharing stories. That is where legends are born, and we want to live there, at the intersection of scents and stories. We want to bring mythology to life, to make it something to be experienced beyond words on a page. Each of our creations aims to achieve that.
So why self care?
Mental health is often overlooked, or cast aside as unimportant. We want to fix that by creating products that empower. Prioritizing mental health starts with understanding that it is an internal battle. By experiencing the heroes of legend, we hope to equip everyone with the power to be legendary.
